All around great experience
The good reviews are so warranted! We discovered water coming up from our floors and I called around to a few places. I wouldn't go with a couple of them because of how rude they were and others couldn't come out the same day. When I called Absolute, Rod was really nice, concerned about the possibility of a leak, and got one of his workers out within an hour. Reid was our technician and he's so solid; he's a very nice guy and knowledgeable. He found the issue within minutes, explained everything to me, and was able to remedy it quickly. He also gave me contacts for water restoration companies. All around great experience. We will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs.

Oleg Deserves a Raise!
2023 Again, Absolute Plumbing came through with excellent service for our home in Walnut Creek. Fixed a clogged Master Bathroom shower drain, fixed the shower head full of calcium that had collected over the years and the shower handle. Found a leak in our 3rd-floor toilet tank and replaced that leaky device and lastly, they replaced our kitchen water faucet that needed replacing for a few years. Oleg O. came to the rescue this time. Oleg deserves a raise. He did such a great job and was so prompt and fast in checking out all 4 bathrooms. Thanks again to Absolute Plumbing (Martinez) that serves the Walnut Creek area. The owner Rod even came out to check in with me. Very nice people. And I loved the fact that I got a text with a picture of the service person (Oleg) in the text. I told Rod I thought that was very professional and impressive. They also advised me on the water pressure pump I have in my garage and let me know what to look for if it was failing. 2017 Absolute Plumbing was so amazing in responding to a critical issue at our home today. The shower handle would not turn off the water because it was stripped. So Lindsey answered the phone and she immediately engineered a schedule invite for Darwin to show up between 3-5pm. He shows up at 3:01. Nailed it. Darwin puts shoe covers on his boots, is so polite and professional it is not even funny. He evaluated the problem and had a resolution, ran to get the part and was back and completed the job in less than 45 minutes. We pretty much had to shut our water down due to not being able to turn off our shower. So this expediency was so required and we fully appreciated their concern for our convenience. Pricing was very reasonable. We never felt Darwin was in any way trying to take advantage of the situation. Darwin should get a raise AND a bonus! Great job Darwin and Absolute Plumbing!!!

I called Absolute Plumbing to help with a clogged exterior drain line running from the side of my house out to the ditch running behind my property. They were able to come out the next day, give me a reasonable estimate, snake and then hydro jet the line, and then leave the whole 40+ ft line clean (as shown to me on camera). THE BEST OF THE BEST! We discovered a break in our sewer line that attached to the main line in the street. CC Sanitary Dist dispatched, and we were told to hire a plumber. We called an old reliable plumbing company, and unfortunately, they were unable to solve the problem. We then contacted ABSOLUTE PLUMBING, and within 30 minutes Oleg O. arrived. I forgot my mask in the house, so he gave me one out of his truck, which was appreciated. With great tools and a lot of experience, he was able to solve our problem in a short amount of time.
